Thousands of runners turned out to run the second annual AJC Polar Opposite Peachtree Road Race on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026. Reversing the Peachtree course, participants started in Piedmont Park and finished at Lenox Square, running the same 6.2-mile route — just in reverse and in the winter instead of July 4.
