"Dodgeball" actor Vince Vaughn was charged Friday with DUI and refusing to comply with an officer stemming from his June arrest at a sobriety checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, KTLA reported.

The incident occurred June 10 at about 12:40 a.m.

The Manhattan Beach Police Department confirmed in June that Vaughn, 48, who starred in last year's "Brawl in Cell Block 99," was in their custody. According to KABC, Vaughn was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Vaughn was arrested on suspicion of DUI and resisting, delaying or obstructing officers, Manhattan Beach Police Department Sgt. Matt Sabosky told KTLA.
