An East Point woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to federal charges of under-reporting her earnings by about $620,000 while preparing taxes for clients across metro Atlanta.

Amberula Levitt, owner of Tax Time Tax Service, owes the back taxes for the years 2004 through 2009, prosecutors said. She pleaded guilty to two counts of filing false personal tax returns and will be sentenced Jan. 23, 2014.

Levitt, 44, faces a maximum sentence of three years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 on each count.
