Precision Aviation acquires maintenance business

Atlanta-based Precision Aviation Group announced Thursday it is acquiring maintenance business Aviation Controls Inc.

Precision Aviation said the acquisition expands its service into engine accessories. Aviation Controls is located on an airport in Independence, Kansas.
