The team behind the redevelopment of the former City Hall East complex has landed another fast-growing technology company as a key office tenant.

Cardlytics, an Atlanta-based digital marketing company, plans to relocate to Ponce City Market, the reimagining of the massive warehouse complex on Ponce de Leon Avenue, developer Jamestown Properties said Monday in a news release. Cardlytics plans to take about 74,000 square feet, or roughly 17 percent of the office space in the building, Jamestown said.

The tech company connects retailers, banks and customers with targeted marketing based on consumer purchase data. Cardlytics' announcement follows the signing earlier this year of anchor tenant Athenahealth, a Massachusetts-based health care information technology firm that is consolidating its Atlanta presence at Ponce City Market.

Jamestown acquired City Hall East, a former Sears distribution center, from the city in 2010 for $27 million. The developer plans to turn the building into a mix of shops, eclectic office space and high-end apartments along the Beltline.
