Lindbergh Vista Apartments in Buckhead has been sold to JP Morgan for $52 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield, the firm that brokered the deal.

Vista Realty Partners sold the 314-unit luxury apartment complex for $165,500 a unit, a news release said. The complex has one- and two-bedroom units that average 993 square feet. It also has live/work units with ground level retail or studio space.

The property was built in 2007 on 4.16 acres. It has a 515-space parking deck and is located at the corner of Piedmont Road and Sidney Marcus Boulevard.
