Cans of Diet Coke, the country's No. 2 soft drink, will feature an artsy new look this fall. The new can design will be available nationwide next month. They are scheduled to stay on shelves for two months.

The Diet Coke logo is cropped to feature the "D" and "k" set against a silver backdrop.

It "will grab the attention of movers and shakers across the United States," Coca-Cola said in a statement.

The design was created by Turner Duckworth, an international brand design agency that has studios in San Francisco and London.

Donald Trump's administration deployed the military to Washington, D.C., in the name of fighting crime, and in an Aug. 11 news conference he mentioned the possibility of military being sent to other large American cities, all of which are led by Black, Democratic mayors.
