Metro Atlanta apartment rentals rising

More people are renting apartments and rent price are rising, according to ALN Apartment Data.

"Two years after the multifamily market reached its bottom in the Southeast it looks like things are finally going in the right direction," said ALN President Wayne Williams.

As of October, occupancy rates are up nearly 1 percent for the year to 90.3 percent and average rent is $796 a month, an increase of 1.1 percent.
