Menlo Worldwide Logistics is closing a warehouse in Suwanee, which will affect 130 of its 150 employees.

Menlo provides warehousing and distribution management services for a manufacturer, which it did not identify. The customer is moving its business to another facility in Midland, Ga., according to Menlo spokesman Gary Frantz.

The Suwanee location, at 3200 Shawnee Industrial Way, employs 76 full-time workers and 74 temporary employees. Layoffs will begin in June and the facility will close by December, the spokesman said.

Menlo expects to retain 20 of the workers at the new Midland facility.
