If you use Honda Financial Services to make your car payments, you may want to check your bank account.

That’s because Wednesday, customers took to social media to complain that Honda had taken out two car payments from their bank accounts.

Honda eventually confirmed that there had been a “payment processing error” and it was working to refund the extra payment to the affected customers. The company says any fees incurred due to the error will be waived or reimbursed. Honda Financial Services is providing updates on the billing error on its Facebook page.
