Savannah-based EnviroVac Holdings LLC, a provider of of industrial cleaning and maintenance services in the South, will be acquired by the investment firm RLJ Equity Partners., the companies announced Thursday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. EnviroVac, founded in 1999, has more than 300 employees. Its services include industrial vacuuming, hydroblasting, watercutting and inspections for utilities, and chemical, oil and gas companies.

R. Kevin Jackson, EnviroVac’s founder president and chief executive officer, will continue as CEO.

RLJ Equity Partners is based in Bethesda, Md.
