Ex-Equifax exec arraigned, pleads not guilty to insider trading

Former Equifax exec, who is charged with insider trading, was arraigned on Thursday afternoon.

Jun Ying, 42, once chief information officer of a large division, came into the courtroom cuffed at hands and ankles.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

His lawyer had worked out an agreement for Ying to go free pending trial. The judge eventually accepted the deal, but she didn’t like it.
