What you do: You will be responsible for recognizing incidents of theft and fraud, interrogating shoplifting suspects, creating investigation reports on a strict deadline and actively monitoring the store's security.
What you need: Must have a high school diploma or GED and one year of relevant work experience.
What you do: Manage a team of 15 to 20 employees for which you will be responsible for hiring and coaching, and oversee quality control for your team. Also, you will be expected to evaluate your team members' performance.
