With Panama City, Fla. heavily battered by Hurricane Michael, Delta Air Lines has extended its waiver of change fees for travelers with flights booked to the city's Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.

Atlanta-based Delta is extending through Oct. 20 its waiver of certain change fees for passengers with flights booked to, from or through Panama City. Previously, the waiver was due to expire Oct. 15.

Delta restarted flights to Panama City on Friday morning, but said there are "continued infrastructure challenges" in the city.
