Coca-Cola Co.'s board of directors has tapped Guy Wollaert as the company's newest senior vice president. As the company's chief technical officer, Wollaert is responsible for leading Coca-Cola's research and development, global quality and product integrity offices.

Wollaert previously worked as general manager of Coca-Cola's Global Juice Center, where he was responsible for leading and business development, finance, marketing and the supply chain.

Wollaert joined Coca-Cola in 1992 in Brussels. He has a master's degree from Hoger Architektuur Instituut St-Lucas in Ghent, Belgium.
