Cousins Properties has signed two new anchor tenants -- Bed Bath & Beyond and Stein Mart -- at North Point MarketCenter in Alpharetta.
The retailers are scheduled to open this spring and combined will fill 75,000 square feet of retail space at the 517,000 square foot power center.
North Point MarketCenter has 26 other shops and restaurants, including Target, Babies R Us, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, PetSmart, Kirkland's and Regal Cinema.
Vickie Bock, regional general manager with Cousins, said in a statement the additional tenants further positions the shopping center as a "mall alternative."
The center is near North Point Mall, which has department store anchors, including Dillard's, JCPenney, Macy's and Sears.
