Aeromexico returning to Atlanta

June 22, 2012

Mexican carrier Aeromexico will again fly to Atlanta starting July 1, when it launches a daily flight between Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and Mexico City.

The carrier, which is a partner of Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines, has served Atlanta in the past with flights to Cancun, but discontinued the service amid difficult economic conditions.

Aeromexico will fly the Atlanta-Mexico City flights with 99-seat Embraer 190 jets.
