Mark Arum in the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center is reporting that thru tractor-trailers will be allowed to come through downtown Atlanta on I-75, I-85 and I-20 this afternoon. They are normally required to take I-285 around town, but that restriction has been lifted until I-285 reopens following Friday morning's plane crash.
