It's been an interesting week for my email Inbox, which has almost melted from some of the anti-Obama screeds being sent my way.
Some of them are what you might expect this week as Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States.
Stuff like "they oughta call it the Black House now" and more along those lines.
That's unfortunately to be expected.
But some of the other stuff makes me shake my head and wonder.
"What's this I hear about there being legislation floating around Congress to change the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution," asked Susan Updegraff.
"Just what we need...a Black Dictator," she added in an email.
Well, there is a piece of legislation that would do away with the 22nd Amendment, which limits Presidents to two terms in office.
It was introduced by Rep. Jose Serrano, a Democrat from New York.
I should also note that he introduced the same plan back in 2003, when there was a Republican President by the name of George W. Bush, so I'm not sure I would say it's evidence that Democrats are trying to make President Obama into King Obama.
"The Menace Called Obama" was the title of another email I got this week from a Dr. Ali Sina, who describes Obama as a "malignant narcissist."
"I am convinced beyond doubt that, in his past, he lied profusely, strayed, and committed felonies and crimes aplenty," Sina wrote.
At least the drumbeat about whether Obama is a U.S. citizen has died down.
It wasn't hard to notice this week that my blogs about Obama drew very few comments, as our listeners - for the most part - probably weren't the ones who voted for the former Senator.
Which of course means the ole issue of media bias is back with the Democrats in charge.
