President Obama's re-election campaign has unveiled a new attack ad against Mitt Romney, which ends with a jab about Romney and his "Swiss bank account."

The ad will initially run in Virginia, Ohio and Iowa.

The ad begins by defending the President against some attacks made on his energy policy, then segues into some shots against the likely GOP nominee.

"What about Mitt Romney?" asks the narrator, who then slams Romney for outsourcing jobs both as a CEO and Governor.

"It's just what you would expect from a guy who had a Swiss bank account."
