Week 2 girls soccer rankings

Parkview heads Class AAAAAAA again this week with Lambert, Peachtree Ridge and Lassiter holding the same places. A new No. 5, Brookwood, climbed up from sixth as former No. 5, Roswell, fell to sixth. 

In Class AAAAAA, Johns Creek is the team to beat with Harrison and Dacula in the same spot as last week’s poll. Alpharetta, previously fourth, fell to sixth and is replaced by Cambridge. Glynn Academy, previous sixth, moved to fifth this week.

McIntosh leads Class AAAAA again this week ahead of Decatur, Starr’s Mill, Veterans and Warner Robins. Previous No. 5, Buford, fell to sixth to make room for Warner Robins at fifth. 

Blessed Trinity leads Class AAAA again this week with St. Pius X and Marist in the same spot. Flowery Branch moved from fifth to fourth ahead of Columbus at fifth.

In Class AAA, Westminster leads again with Greater Atlanta Christian, Pike County, Lovett and Dawson County in the same spots. Vidalia is the team to beat in Class AA ahead of St. Vincent’s, Bremen, Model and Lamar County. First Presbyterian is the team to beat in Class A.
