Xpress bus service resumes Wednesday across metro Atlanta

The state will restore its Xpress bus service across metro Atlanta Wednesday, as expected winter weather failed to materialize.

The State Road and Tollway Authority suspended the commuter bus service Tuesday in anticipation of up to an inch and a half of snow that never came.

SRTA said it will continue to monitor weather and road conditions and assess the Xpress bus service schedule for the remainder of winter.
