Guy Wong is opening another restaurant. Ruby Chow's is the next venture for the fellow behind Ton Ton and Miso Ko at Ponce City Market, Le Fat and the now defunct Miso Izakaya.

Wong announced the forthcoming restaurant on Instagram.

Details regarding Ruby Chow's are scant. While Wong confirms that the lease has been signed for the space, and that it is in the Old Fourth Ward, he "can't confirm or deny" an Eater report that the restaurant will make its home in the former Repast space at the Ponce Springs Lofts, across from Ponce City Market and City Winery. Unlike the now shuttered Miso Izakaya, Ruby Chow's will have a patio, he said.

With Ruby Chow’s (“It’s a name I like a lot,” he said), he’s sticking with an Asian fusion concept. The menu is still in the development stage.

Wong is not wedded to a timeline for the restaurant; he expects to open sometime in 2019 and to provide further details in February.
