FANTASY ALERT: Roddy White said he's 'ready to roll'

Sept 25, 2014

FLOWERY BRANCH -- Falcons wide receiver Roddy White, who didn't play last week against Tampa Bay, announced that he was "ready to roll" and would play on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings during the team's open locker room session on Thursday.

"I feel good," White said. "If I didn’t, I wouldn’t be talking to y’all right now. I feel good. It was kind of frustrating to be going out there and watching. Every time I watch football games from the sideline, I’m kind of frustrated not being out there with my teammates. But I”m ready to roll."

White, who was set to return to practice later on Thursday, has not practiced since the Cincinnati game on Sept. 14. He was listed on the official injury report as questionable for the Tampa Bay game and didn't play.
