The weekend of blue skies is set to continue Sunday, with another round of sunshine and 80-degree temps.
There’s no chances of rain plus low levels of humidity are expected for the second day in a row, according to Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Eboni Deon.
“It’s going to feel comfortable as we are going to be dealing with less humidity. And temperatures will be right on tracking, warming to near-seasonal levels in the mid-80s,” she said.
Overnight lows will start the day around 66 degrees The afternoon high for the day is expected to be 86.

Storm patterns from a potential tropical cyclone that swept through Florida on Saturday should continue moving to the north and east off the Atlantic coast. Deon anticipated they should have no impact on North Georgia.
“Our weather stays quiet through the weekend and into next week,” she said. “A nice, dry afternoon on Sunday. Plenty of sunshine to get the day going.”
