It may still be winter, but it doesn’t feel like it.
Atlanta reached 70 degrees just after 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Channel 2 Action News reported. It’s the warmest the city has been since Dec. 5. The average high for this time of year is 57. And Friday could even top that with a projected high of 73.

While Thursday brought springlike weather, it did not bring sunshine and clear skies.
Some areas saw drizzle and patches of light rain in the morning, and skies are still cloudy.

There's a chance for light rain each day through Monday. A total of less than 1 inch is expected, Channel 2 reported.
