And snow — yes, snow — is in the forecast Saturday night and Sunday morning, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Less than an inch of snow is possible in higher elevations of North Georgia, Channel 2 meteorologist Brad Nitz said.
It will be too warm for snow in metro Atlanta, the television station reported.
Currently, temperatures are 71 degrees in Atlanta, 56 in Blairsville and 73 in Griffin.
With the warm weather, pollen is up, according to Atlanta Allergy & Asthma.
The pollen count increased from 162 Thursday to 251 Friday.
The count this time last year was 269. Last year’s season high was 4,107 particles of pollen per cubic meter of air.
