Queens hotels brings NYC tourists across river

This undated photo provided by Steinway & Sons shows factory craftsmen working at the rim-bending process at the Steinway piano factory, located in the Astoria section of the Queens borough of New York City. The factory offers tours to the public but reservations fill up and must be made months in advance. The industrial heritage of Astoria and the adjacent neighborhood of Long Island City is part of what makes the area an interesting place to visit. Tourists can also enjoy the area's museums, waterfront parks, ethnic food and moderately priced hotels.
