Inside Dean Gardens

Dean Gardens is a massive estate in north Fulton County that has finally been sold after spending years on the market. The home itself is scheduled to be demolished by the new owner.

On the terrace level of the Dean Gardens estate, a lavishly decorated hallway with grand arches leads guests to the media rooms of the mansion, featuring the latest in audio and video technology. The columns are reproductions of those found at the Fox Theatre.

The grande salon overlooks the estate's pool and spacious backyard grounds, offering a panoramic view and making it an ideal room to entertain guests. The estate includes a wedding chapel and a golf course.

An upper floor view overlooks the custom-designed shell-shaped swimming pool, pool and the man-made lake. The asking price was $13.9 million, a sharp reduction from earlier asking prices which ranged from $20 million to $40 million over the years.

An outdoor fountain is a delightful feature found on the grounds of Dean Gardens.

Dean Gardens is an eye-catching 32,000-square-foot mansion located in north Fulton County. It was once known as the biggest house in Atlanta, and took more than four years to build. After 15 years on the market, the estate has finally been sold.
