Sure, local leaders are intent upon cleaning up Panama City Beach's image as spring break party central. But at least for 2010, it appears many college-aged kids will head down to PCB to enjoy surf, sand and water. Keep in mind, there's a family-friendly side to Panama City Beach as well (see next slide.) Another perk is that it's only about a six hour drive from Atlanta.
