My son is begging me to make Blackened Chicken Pasta like the one from the Olde Blind Dog. Seems pretty easy to replicate except for the homemade red pepper cream sauce. Any chance they will share the recipe? Thanks. — Becky Tankovich, Alpharetta
General manager Geoff Kokoszka sent the recipe and it turns out that red pepper cream sauce is a roasted pepper-enhanced version of classic Alfredo sauce. Given the amount of sauce, pasta and chicken in this dish, the red pepper is not at all overwhelming, but provides a savory undertone.
