Chef Pano Karatassos has served as executive chef at his Buckhead restaurant Kyma since it opened in 2001, though he's been working in the kitchens of his father's Buckhead Life Restaurant Group eateries since he was a teenager. He also spent time in acclaimed restaurants in California and New York including French Laundry, Jean-Georges and Le Bernardin.
