Yellow Jackets react to men’s and women’s NIT runs

After their NIT tournament runs, both Yellow Jacket basketball teams fell short in their respective NIT championship title games.

The Georgia Tech women fell 89-79 to Michigan on Saturday in triple overtime. The Yellow Jackets finished the season 22-15.

The Georgia Tech men fell to TCU 88-56 on Thursday at Madison Square Garden in New York. In a video posted by Georgia Tech, first-year coach Josh Pastner reflected on his first season with Georgia Tech and the Jackets’ NIT playoff run.
