Atlanta Falcons linebacker Vic Beasley showed what he’s got on the mound at SunTrust Park on Tuesday night.

Before the Braves and Texas Rangers took the field, Beasley threw out the first pitch at Clemson night.

“It’s a blessing. Something I’ve always wanted to do,” Beasley said after throwing his pitch inside the strike zone. “Growing up an Atlanta Falcons fan and Atlanta Braves, I finally made that dream come true.”

Beasley told Fox Sports South he didn't practice his pitch because he felt like he would be a natural.

The Braves and Rangers were rained out, postponing Tuesday’s game until Wednesday. The teams will play a doubleheader on Wednesday with the first game starting at 1:35 p.m. and the second starting at 7:35 p.m.
