In late April, the Atlanta Falcons trained with a few Navy SEALs in Flowery Branch.

The veteran Navy SEALs of APG spoke to the team and put them through three days of intense training, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's D. Orlando Ledbetter.

On Tuesday, the Falcons released the video of the reigning NFC Champions lifting logs, flipping tires and bonding as a team.

The full video can be watched on the Falcons' website.
