During Thursday night’s high-scoring game against the San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley scored three touchdowns in the first half.

Gurley rushed for 113 yards and two touchdowns and had five receptions for 36 yards and one receiving touchdowns in the Rams’ 41-39 win.

The former first round pick out of Georgia is the first player to score six touchdowns in his first three games of the season since former Detroit Lions and Georgia Tech wide receiver Calvin Johnson in 2011.
