The Atlanta Hawks snapped a four-game losing streak Monday night with a 110-104 win over the Miami Heat.

In the final minute of Monday’s game, the Heat came within one-point of the Hawks, but Kent Bazemore sank a shot, giving the Hawks a three-point lead with 49 seconds remaining.

On the Heat’s next possession, Malcolm Delaney and Bazemore caused the ball to go out of bounds off the Heat, giving Atlanta the ball with 36 seconds left.

With 24 seconds left, Bazemore made a a final layup, giving the Hawks a 106-101 lead.
