The much-anticipated launch of the SEC Network on Thursday will include a live broadcast from UGA’s campus.

Georgia’s sports communications office confirmed that cameras will go live at about 7:30 p.m. Thursday on the south side of Stegeman Coliseum. There, former UGA All-American lineman Matt Stinchcomb, who joined the network as a full-time analyst, will conduct an interview and highlights segment with football coach Mark Richt quarterback Hutson Mason and tailback Todd Gurley. The Bulldogs’ national champion equestrian team will also be featured and Georgia’s spirit squads and band will also be in attendance. Fans are invited to join in.

Georgia’s live shot is set to air in the middle of a three-hour window from 6-9 p.m. in which all 14 SEC schools will be featured in live broadcasts.
