Now that the Atlanta Falcons season has officially ended, it’s time for the team to begin focusing on the 2018 roster.
The first big date that appears on the offseason calendar is Feb. 13 -- the start of free agency. While Atlanta has several free agents to make a decision about ESPN.com’s Kevin Seifert writes the Falcons should only be concerned with two.
Defensive tackle Dontari Poe and defensive end Adrian Clayborn are on Seifert's list of top 50 NFL free agents in 2018.
Poe, who joined Atlanta on a one-year deal in 2017, is ranked No. 18 and had 39 tackles and 2.5 sacks last season. Clayborn is ranked 40th and had 9.5 sacks last season, including six against the Dallas Cowboys.
