A look at three key moments in the Hawks’ 102-91 victory over the Pacers Monday in Game 4 of their Eastern Conference playoff series.

Stellar second quarter

The Hawks outscored the Pacers 35-19 in the second quarter to break open a close game. They had a 22-3 run, which started in the first quarter, on the strength of 7 of 8 shooting from 3-point range. Kyle Korver hit three and Anthony Tolliver hit two as the Hawks built a lead they would not surrender. Tolliver is 6 of 8 from 3-point range in the series.

Woeful third quarter

As good as the Hawks were in the second quarter, they were just as bad in the third quarter. They were outscored 22-12 by the Pacers after making just three field goals. They went a stretch of 8:30 without a field goal and went just 6 of 12 from the free-throw line.

Deadly daggers

The Pacers pulled to within five points, 86-81, in the fourth quarter. Smith drained a 3-pointer with 3:03 remaining. After David West sunk a pair of free throws, Korver connected from long range with 2:34 left. The baskets gave the Hawks a nine-point advantage and did in the Pacers.
