What do LeBron James and Nick Saban have in common?

Both are undeniably winners. Each is debatably the best in their respective field. Maybe both are hated so much because of how successful they are.

But there’s another freaky correlation between the two champions that surfaced this week.

Whenever Saban lost a National Championship with Alabama in the past six years, James lost an NBA Championship.

Well, that's weird

In his sixth Finals appearance in six years, James and the Cleveland Cavaliers lost the 2017 NBA Title to the Golden State Warriors 4-1 on Monday night.

Saban and Alabama lost the College Football Playoff Championship game to Clemson in January due to a fourth-quarter defensive collapse and a last second Tiger touchdown.

So, is there a correlation or is the pattern just a coincidence?
