Former UCLA Bruin and Atlanta Falcons defensive end Takkarist McKinley thanked former UCLA coach Jim Mora on Twitter Sunday.

McKinley’s tweet came after the news broke that UCLA had fired Jim Mora.

Mora coached the Atlanta Falcons from 2004 until 2006. While with the Falcons, Mora led Atlanta to a 26-22 record. UCLA hired Mora in December 2011.
