Less than 12 hours following Georgia Tech’s win over N.C. State, Wolfpack coach Kevin Keatts and athletic director Debbie Yow complained to the league office about the officiating in the Yellow Jackets 78-75 victory.

Yow tweeted out Friday morning that she and Keatts “wanted to express our concerns regarding a number of situations in the Ga Tech game.” She added, “We will also send video clips for their review and discussion w us. We believe our concerns were heard.”

The Yellow Jackets were called for 10 fouls while the Wolfpack committed 19 fouls. Guard Torin Dorn and Keatts were both called for technical fouls. Keatts technical occurred in the midst of a 9-1 Yellow Jackets run in second half as Tech ended its seven-game losing streak. Keatts was sarcastic in his comments about the officiating after the game, saying “I thought they did a great job,” while he chuckled.

In Georgia Tech’s prior game against Clemson, the Yellow Jackets were the ones frustrated by the officials as Tech was called for 25 fouls to 16 for Clemson. Coach Josh Pastner said he disagreed with two calls on Josh Okogie, who fouled out, but had no comment as to the officiating as a whole after the game.
