Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling, center, became the center of controversy when a recorded conversation he had with V. Stiviano, left, became public. In the conversation he spoke critically of NBA legend Magic Johnson. This week Sterling lashed out at Johnson in an interview with CNN's Anderson Cooper and questioned, "what does (Johnson) do for the black people?" Johnson replied to CNN, "My whole life is devoted to urban America. So, you know I just wish he knew the facts when he's talking. But he's a man who's upset and he's reaching. He's reaching. Georgia Tech's Jabari Hunt-Days (32) was declared ineligible for next season because of academic issues. That prompted his dad, Calvin Days, to say that he and his wife want Jabari to be released from his scholarship until he proves he is serious about his schoolwork. “We’re not going to support him being at Georgia Tech or anywhere else until there’s a change in behavior because it’s a slap in everyone’s face." A jury of seven women and five men found former Georgia football coach Jim Donnan, seen here walking into the federal courthouse in Athens this week, not guilty Friday on all 41 counts of fraud, money laundering and conspiracy that the government had brought against him in connection with an alleged investment scheme. "That's my guy," Hunter told reporters of Nauert. "He was trying to cover my mouth. I've known him too long [to be upset]. He was just saying to me, 'C'mon, T. You're way better than that.'
