With LeBron James headed to Atlanta for an exhibition game vs. the Hawks with his new team, we ask you to vote on which of these sports teams are the most hated: MIAMI HEAT -- LeBron. "The Decision." 'Nuff said?

FLORIDA GATORS -- Sure, Urban Meyer and the Swamp Things are having a down season by their lofty standards but that hardly takes away from the decades of winning. And winning. And winning some more.

NEW YORK YANKEES -- Speaking of dominance, it's hard to top the team for whom excellence is simply expected year in and year out. But when you've won 27 World Series titles and 40 AL pennants from the 1920s through today, you're setting the bar somewhat high for yourself anyway.

BOISE STATE BRONCOS -- Until this season, Boise State might not have even made a "Most Hated Team" list. But their sudden surge into BCS royalty has earned them the sort of criticism usually reserved for college programs that have been in the national eye for much longer. Is it the fact that they're the instant darlings of pollsters or that weird blue turf that stokes the hate?

NOTRE DAME FIGHTING IRISH -- Now Notre Dame, unlike Boise State, is a college program that has inspired generations of loathing from fans nationwide. Seeing the Irish struggle lately has been the answer to some fans' prayers, perhaps, but it's been ND's success that's earned the team about as many haters as fans.

LOS ANGELES LAKERS -- What the Yankees are to baseball, the Lakers are to basketball. Whether in Detroit, Minneapolis or L.A., the franchise holds NBA records for most wins (3,027) and is only one NBA title away from tying its nemesis, the Boston Celtics, for championships. Boston has 17; L.A. has 16.

OHIO STATE BUCKEYES -- You know your team is universally despised when a student at another school gets the mascot job for the express purpose of tackling your big-headed buckeye of a mascot. Which is just what happened this season to OSU's mascot, Brutus, who ate turf in front of the home crowd thanks to the Ohio U. mascot. Ouch.

DALLAS COWBOYS -- It takes some ego to call yourself "America's Team" when you represent only one major city and, well, you didn't ask America's opinion first. But that's Cowboys owner Jerry Jones for you. Oh, also there's the matter of stats like these: Dallas holds the record for most Super Bowl appearances (8), most NFC championships (8) and the Cowboys are the only NFL team to record 20 consecutive winning seasons (1966-1985).

DUKE BLUE DEVILS -- Their student fans set up a tent city camp called Krzyzewskiville before big games. And those "Cameron Crazies" have a rep for being loud, proud and obnoxious. The team? They just rack up ACC titles and NCAA championships like it's nothing.

OAKLAND RAIDERS -- Yes, it's fair to say today's Raiders are a shell of their former bad boy selves. Now they're almost pitiable -- almost. Despite their inability of late to win games, they're still owned and manipulated by Al Davis, who's either legendary or infamous depending on your point of view.
