Here’s five things to know on Tuesday:
1. Braves defeat Toronto
The Atlanta Braves beat the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday night 10-6 at Toronto's Rogers Center. David O'Brien writes Colon finally pitched well enough to help the Braves earn a win. Tuesday's game against Toronto is scheduled to begin at 4:07 p.m.
2. Colon, Bonifacio hit with stomach bug
After five innings, Braves' pitcher Bartolo Colon left Monday night's game again the Toronto Blue Jays because he wasn't feeling well. Emilio Bonifacio left SunTrust Park early on Monday because he too felt sick, Michael Cunningham reports. Manager Brian Snitker said a stomach bug has been going around lately.
3. Joe Dumars: "I'm one of the names and we'll see what happens"
Former Detroit Pistons president of basketball operations Joe Dumars said on ESPN's "The Jump" last week that his is one of the names floating around for the Atlanta Hawks' general manager position, but he has nothing to report at this time. 4. Trent Thompson to re-enroll at UGA
Seth Emerson reports defensive lineman Trent Thompson is set to re-enroll in University of Georgia classes in the summer after leaving school in February to work through a medical issue.
5. Atlanta United players happy to play at home
Doug Roberson reports on Atlanta United's mindset headed into Saturday's match against the Houston Dynamo. The match kicks off at 7 p.m. from Bobby Dodd Stadium.
