The Southeastern Conference Commissioner Greg Sankey released a statement Wednesday regarding the FBI’s investigation of college basketball corruption.

Auburn basketball’s associate head coach Chuck Person, who the university suspended without pay, is one of four coaches identified in the bribery scheme.

Sankey's statement comes after Louisville head coach Rick Pitino was placed on unpaid administrative leave, and athletic director Tom Jurich was placed on paid leave, the school announced Wednesday.
