Ric Flair’s daughter shares Instagram photo with updates on her father

Ric Flair was reportedly hospitalized over the weekend and had surgery on Monday. The celebrity site TMZ reported Monday afternoon that Flair was out of surgery and resting at an Atlanta hospital.

Tuesday Flair’s daughter Charlotte, also a wrestling superstar, posted a photo to Instagram thanking people for prayers and well wishes:

Hi guys, On behalf of my family and I, we want to THANK everyone for the prayers, texts, calls and support. Our Dad is a FIGHTER and your continued thoughts and prayers MEAN THE WORLD to us.

🙏🏻💜 We will update everyone when we have more information. 💪🏻😀❤️

The 68-year-old WWE star visited the Atlanta Falcons Training Camp earlier in August with many “woooos” and smiles.
