Three players from Georgia were selected to the U.S. women’s national soccer team that will compete in two friendly matches against Colombia.

The three are defenders Kelley O’Hara (Fayetteville) and Emily Sonnett (Marietta), and midfielder Morgan Brian (St. Simons).

The U.S. will play April 6 in East Hartford, Conn. and April 10 at Chester, Pa.

The three players were part of 23 called up for the games.

O’Hara has been capped 76 times for the national team. She plays professionally for Sky Blue FC.

Sonnett has been capped eight times. She plays professionally for Portland.

Brian has been capped 51 times. She plays professionally for Houston.
