Athletes representing 11 different sports from the University of Georgia visited D.H Stanton Elementary School in Atlanta Wednesday as part of their annual UGA Day- Learn, Play, Excel initiative.

Athletes representing 11 different sports, from the University of Georgia visited D.H Stanton Elementary School in Atlanta Wednesday as part of their annual UGA Day- Learn, Play, Excel initiative. The visit marks the fifth consecutive year UGA has partnered with an metro Atlanta area school. The student-athletes talked to the K -5th grade students about the importance of education, respecting authority, anti-bullying, perseverance and the pursuit of their dreams.
